PARTNER
Kerim AYNUR is a founding partner of HATINOGLU & AYNUR. He has experience in a vast range of commercial deals and disputes, both in Turkey and in international jurisdictions. Kerim AYNUR served as chief counsel for a Fortune 500 energy company in Turkey, supervising all transactions and overseeing contracts and legal disputes. His expertise includes company law, international sale of goods, debt enforcement, bankruptcy proceedings, foreign investment, and international trade finance. Kerim AYNUR has also advised on import and export matters, mergers and acquisitions, construction contracts, and the structuring and management of large-scale commercial activities.
Kerim AYNUR currently serves on the board of an international manufacturing company and is a member of the Istanbul Bar.

Av. Besim HATİNOĞLU
PARTNER
Besim HATİNOĞLU is a founding partner of HATINOGLU & AYNUR. He previously served as legal consultant to a Turkish construction company and worked at the European Court of Human Rights. He specialises in international commercial disputes and has managed the resolution of claims in various international jurisdictions. Besim HATİNOĞLU advises on risk assessment with regards to commercial contracts and adopts a strategic approach to litigation risk. He also works to connect Turkish companies with international business and legal entities, and vice versa.
Besim HATİNOĞLU has served as a marshall for the Commercial Court, the Queen's Bench Division, and the Court of Appeal in London and has participated in academic exchanges at Harvard Law School and across Europe including The Hague Academy of International Law.
He is a member of the Istanbul Bar.
